Born in Plymouth Will has been involved in engineering for racing yachts for thirty years, having graduated at Heriot Watt University and Southampton University. Will has a lot of America's Cup experience, with the 37^th edition being his 7^th campaign. He has previously held a variety of engineering roles working on 30^th & 31^st America's Cup with Prada America's Cup Challenge, 32^nd with Mascalzone Latino Challenge, 33^rd with Alinghi, 34^th America's Cup with Luna Rossa, 35^th and 36^th with BAR/Ineos. Will also worked on the Volvo Ocean Race with ABN Amro One and Team Russia and various other raceboats. For Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli is part of the Structural Team, mainly dedicated to appendage design. He loves sailing, running, walking and swimming. The one in 2024 will be his 7th America’s Cup, the 4th with Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli.
