Born in Cagliari in 1991, Massimiliano has a diploma in surveying but his great passion for cooking led him to enter the restaurant business from an early age. Before joining team Luna Rossa, he gained experience as assistant chef in leading hotels and restaurants in Sardinia. A sports enthusiast, Massimiliano is at his second America’s Cup.
