A computer engineer, born in Pamplona (Spain) in 1980, he is co-founder and technical director of the company FaRo Advanced Systems SL, specializing in the production of electronic components for sailing boats. Roberto has a long standing experience in the America's Cup, having participated in 4 editions (2007 Desafio Español; 2013 Luna Rossa; 2017 Emirates Team New Zealand and Groupama Team France; 2021 Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli). The 2024 edition will be his fifth America's Cup, the fourth with the Luna Rossa team.
