LUNA ROSSA SIGNS THE CHARTA SMERALDA
The Charta Smeralda, the One Ocean Foundation’s code of ethics was signed by Team Luna Rossa Challenge in the presence of Princess Zahra Aga Khan and commodore of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, Riccardo Bonadeo.
Developed by Princess Zahra Aga Khan and the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, the project aims to promote the conservation and sustainable use of marine resources in relation to four main issues: marine litter and pollution, global and climate changes, blue technologies and innovation and ocean literacy.
The Charta Smeralda therefore sets out a series of principles and initiatives to which individuals and businesses can subscribe through a variety of individual and collective actions.
